Frederick Quashie (Born September 23, 1990) better known by his stage name FRD, is an up and coming african rapper based in Cotonou, Benin. Despite the fact that he has no album, the few singles he has released have sent people running for cover. His recent solo track " The arab show" inspired by hiphop artist Busta rhymes won best single of the year on the program " Stage seven" organized by fellow rapper Cosmas. In the year 2008, he signed with My records and works with such renowned beatmakers and producers as Nick, Ric, Kayz and Cyano.
